Happy springtime to everyone here in our beautiful River’s Edge neighborhood. Membership dues are again unchanged this year! RECI is always looking for ways to keep those fees low, and has implemented some new processes to help do just that:
- Please consider signing up as a “paperless” household to receive your Dues and Membership information via email. Your doing so saves RECI all the costs associated with mailing information.
- Beginning this year, when you pay your membership dues, you will receive your membership confirmation information via email, unless you indicate it needs to be physically mailed to you.
- Also beginning this year, there is a new way to pay using Zelle from your bank’s mobile app or website. Using Zelle saves RECI the transaction fees charged by PayPal, though paying by PayPal is still an option.
Membership fees are $50 for the year or $25 for seniors (both members of the household are 60 or older by May 31, 2023). To pay online using Zelle or PayPal click here.

It is time to elect new trustees – so look for an upcoming Association meeting to do just that. Please consider offering up a few hours each year to help keep RECI in sound position. It takes only a little time and is extremely important for the continuing operation of the Association, which handles such matters as paying the taxes on our gorgeous common property.
