It is time to renew support of your neighborhood through membership in your neighborhood association – River’s Edge Commons, Inc. RECI is, once again, making that an easy decision for you by offering significant and exclusive savings to its MEMBERS. Annual membership for 2018-2019 remains at $50 for regular neighborhood members and $25 for senior members (all occupant homeowners are 60+)

To pay your dues online by credit card or debit card – click here.

Watch for the membership package in the mail for the forms to pay by check. If you did not receive the membership package (by May 6), please print out and fill this form to pay by check.

The deadline to become a RECI MEMBER and be eligible to receive the full benefit of all the other discounts is June 10^th, 2018. Memberships received by that date are also entered into TWO RAFFLES:

1. TWO weeks of FREE weekly lawn service from The Yard Artists for four lucky households. Enjoy a “vacation break” from your weekly lawn mowing chores.
2. A FREE in-home color consultation and a room painted on Sherwin-Williams (Solon Store) for one lucky household – get ready for a home re-fresh!

ONLY those who join by JUNE 10, 2018 will be eligible for that raffle and ONLY those who join by JUNE 10 are guaranteed the full discounts. Becoming a member after that date is always welcome, but some of the offerings’ value will be lost.

Now through May 12, save EVEN MORE on three top-of-the-line exterior Sherwin-Williams paints. As a RECI member, your price will be even less than what is advertised. To get your additional MEMBER discount:

• Print or copy the flyer onto paper or to a device so you can show the good folks at Sherwin-Williams the coupon barcode – click here for the flyer (opens in new tab).
• Show them your RECI membership card and give them your last name. (If you don’t yet have this year’s membership card, just show them your card from last year. We are a bit “in-between” times right now.) Your member savings will depend on which paint you purchase: just ask them what the additional discount will be.
• Walk out of the store with some great paint from Sherwin-Williams and great savings from River’s Edge Commons, Inc.

…we’d like to draw your attention to another membership discount that we just received:

Ginger-Snips Dog & Cat Grooming, 19070 Brewster Rd., 440-708-2285 offers a 15% discount to all RECI MEMBERS.

Paperless billing (dues notices via email) saves trees, reduces paper waste and saves the association printing and mailing costs. Our printing and mailing costs come to about $250 annually.  Receive your dues notices via email, starting in 2018, if you sign up by April 25, 2018. Signing up for paperless billing requires a login – please register at the website if you haven’t already.  Sign up for paperless billing here.
