River's Edge
...is a community of nearly 200 single family homes located in Bainbridge Township, nestled in the southwest corner of Geauga County, Ohio - near the meeting point of Geauga, Portage and Cuyahoga counties.
The common grounds of the community* are maintained by River's Edge Commons, Inc., a homeowner's association managed by neighborhood volunteers.
Membership in the homeowner's association is strongly encouraged. All funds raised through membership dues are used to directly support the community in a variety of ways, including:

- Discounts on local products & services
- Taxes & insurance on our 52 acres of common property*
* Our natural woodland common area follows the path of the Aurora Branch of the Chagrin River - a state-designated scenic river
